Reservation Information

Zehnder’s Splash Village Hotel and Waterpark is a NON-SMOKING, no pets facility. All rooms, balconies, and indoor public areas are NON-SMOKING. A deep-cleaning fee of $150 will be charged to those who violate the NON-SMOKING policy.

Additional waterpark passes can be purchased at $25.00 each per day. The amount is limited to the maximum occupancy of your room.

*Rates are subject to change and are based on availability. These figures are provided for rate guidelines only and specific rates are confirmed upon reservation. All room rates are subject to state and local taxes (currently at 13%).

Pet
Policy

Zehnder’s Splash Village Hotel and Waterpark do not accept pets. We do, however accept service animals.

We are happy to follow Titles II and III of the ADA and we ask that you do as well. Such as keeping your service animal with you, under control/on a leash, and not left alone in the hotel room.

We are glad to provide our guests with a copy of the ADA Titles II and III at the Front Desk.

A service animal is a dog that is individually trained to perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. These tasks must be directly related to the person’s disability. Psychiatric Service dogs fall under the service animal criteria however emotional support dogs do not.

Cancellation / Deposit for Telephone Reservation

Deposits are required for hotel reservations during our peak seasons, as well as every Friday and Saturday.

Please call to confirm the deposit requirements for your dates of stay.

Please carefully review your confirmation letter to make certain reservation dates, room styles, and room rates are accurate.

Please call 1-800-863-7999 to make any changes or cancellations.

Cancellations for all reservations must be received 3 days before arrival. All groups with room block or rate structures, holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas break, New Year’s Eve, and Spring break require a 1 weeks’ notice. Cancellations made after these time periods are subject to penalties up to the price of the room.

Cancellation / Deposit for Internet Reservation

Cancellation for internet reservations requires a three-day notice before arrival. All reservations made online require payment at the time of booking. All payments for internet reservations will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.
