Zehnder’s popular Easter To-Go dinner serves between 8 and 10 guests – all you have to do is pick it up and take it home. Choose from a delicious 20 lb. Whole Bone-In Hickory Ham or 40 pieces of our famous Zehnder’s Golden Fried or Baked Chicken or for an additional $195, a 15 lb. Slow Roasted Prime Rib presented in a roasting pan with a serrated Zehnder’s knife.
The menu also includes:
• 2 qts. of Mashed Potatoes with Chicken Gravy
• 2 qts. of Mother’s Dressing
• 2 qts. of Buttered Egg Noodles
• 2 qts. Roasted Carrots
• 2 qts. of Cabbage Salad
• 1 qt. of Apple Cranberry Relish
• One loaf of Zehnder’s Backofen White Bread
• One 8 oz. shaker of Zehnder’s Chicken Seasoning.
• One 8-inch Raspberry Lemon Cake
Cost is $309 per dinner including tax. All orders must be received by Tuesday, April 15, 2025 and picked up on Easter Sunday between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm. The weights of the Hickory Smoked Ham and Prime Rib are average, pre-cooked weights.

Treat Mom to a Special Mother’s Day Celebration at Zehnder’s
In 1928, William Zehnder, Sr. purchased the Exchange Hotel in Frankenmuth by trading his farm and borrowing $4,000. He remodeled the hotel to give it the look of Mt. Vernon, the home of George Washington, and renamed it Zehnder’s of Frankenmuth. Zehnder’s opened on Mother’s Day in 1929 when 312 diners were served family style chicken dinners for $1 per person. Since that day, millions of guests have visited Zehnder’s of Frankenmuth making it the largest family restaurant in America. Mother’s Day continues to be one of Zehnder’s most popular days, serving more than 4,000 people in its nine dining rooms along with 275 pounds of prime rib, 700 pounds of fried shrimp, 1,500 pounds of mashed potatoes and about 1,350 chickens! Zehnder’s signature entree, the famous family Style Chicken Dinner, continues to be the number one favorite among guests, however, the special Mother’s Day menu features several choices for all tastes. All Moms who dine with us will receive a FREE Blueberry Lemon Mini Pound Bread!
