Summers Are For Memories

May 29, 2012

As a child, my summer memories consisted of vacations in Northern Michigan. The “must have” on our list was a hotel with a pool. We were thrilled at the fact that we would stay somewhere that had a pool and a diving board. I can’t imagine being a child today and coming to stay at a place like Zehnder’s Splash Village Hotel and Waterpark. I could never imagine tube slides, floor geysers, dumping buckets or a lazy river. Zehnder’s Splash Village features the theme of a whimsical wonderland of elves and fairies, a place where pleasant surprises linger just around each corner and family memories flourish.

Wow, look how far pools have come today. To be honest, if we would have had a couple of hoses, I am sure my brothers and I would have been just fine, but a pool made it even more special. Looking back, I now realize how special those times were to me and how much I enjoyed those summer vacations with family. Today, I continue to be amazed at all of the activities that are available for families. Here at Zehnder’s, we have created a world where memories flourish and families can enjoy time together.

Today, when families are so busy with work, school and children’s activities, it is important to find quality time together. At Zehnder’s Splash Village Hotel and Waterpark, we have several different value packages for families to choose from. Our most popular packages are our Eat and Sleep Package and Splashtastic Family Getaway Package. Our Eat and Sleep Package offers overnight accommodations, Family Style Chicken Dinner at Zehnder’s Restaurant and breakfast buffet the next morning in Elf Hollow Cafe. Our Splashtastic Package consists of two nights lodging, a Family Style Chicken Dinner, a Family Pizza Pack and breakfast buffet each morning. Both packages come with passes to our waterpark. Can’t stay the night? That’s okay, just ask us about our day waterpark passes.

So give us a call at 800-863-7999 or visit our website at www.zehnders.com and let us fill this summer with new family memories for you.

It’s February

I’m not much of a cold weather person. It seems as I get older, I get colder! And while February is a cold month, at least it’s the shortest month of the year. February may be the breeding ground for cabin fever, but Zehnder’s may have the cure!
