Squashtoberfest is our autumn celebration in honor of all things squash and pumpkin. Zehnder’s invited all home cooks, aspiring amateur chefs and TV network “Foodies” to enter into the day long, three-event cooking competition with three categories: Savory Dishes, Soup Dishes, Sweet Surprises and Jams, Jellies and Preserves Contest. All recipes included some type of squash or pumpkin.
