The Brand New Pavilion at The Fortress Makes its Debut on June 14th
The new Fortress Pavilion will host its grand opening to the public on Friday, June 14th. Join us from 6:00 to 9:00 pm with live music by Leo and Merry Feith. We’re excited for guests to experience our new outdoor bar and pavilion which is located adjacent to the first tee. The 3,000 sq. ft. facility features a patio overlooking the golf course and is expected to become the main hub of activity for pre and post-round socializing for guests.
The new pavilion is open to any and all guests and features a full service kitchen and bar serving delicious food and drinks daily. Click here to view the full menu.
The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 11:00 am to 9:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. The new pavilion will also host the Summer Wine Dinners on June 29th and July 27th. Enjoy a five-course dinner prepared by Zehnder’s Professional Chefs, paired with a variety of wines presented by Great Lakes Wine & Spirits. Cocktails start at 5:30 pm and dinner is served at 6:30 pm.
