This exclusive Wine Dinner will take place inside the cozy and inviting Tap Room, where our team of Professional Chefs will dazzle your taste buds with carefully crafted dishes, all perfectly paired with wines handpicked by Great Lakes Wine & Spirits.

The evening kicks off at 5:30 pm with a cocktail hour – the perfect time to sip, chat, and mingle. Then, at 6:00 pm, prepare to sit back and enjoy a delightful five-course dinner where each dish has been paired with a wine that elevates the flavors to new heights.

1st Course: Sopa Campera with Chorizo
This hearty Spanish countryside soup is packed with Bell Peppers, Tomatoes, Carrots, White Beans, Green Peas, and a zesty kick of Chorizo, all topped with Crispy Croutons and Hard Cooked Eggs.
Paired with a crisp and refreshing 2023 Martin Codax Albarino.

2nd Course: Ensalada Mixta
A vibrant and refreshing salad featuring Romaine and Frisée, Red and Yellow Grape Tomatoes, Artichoke Hearts, Pickled Red Onions, Anchovy-Stuffed Olives, and Tuna, all drizzled with a tangy Red Wine Herb Vinaigrette.
Paired with a festive Mercat Brut Cava Sparkling Wine.

3rd Course: Paella Valenciana
A traditional Spanish dish that brings the flavors of Valencia right to your plate. Tender, slow-braised Rabbit and Chicken with Short Grain Rice, Saffron, and a medley of Vegetables.
Paired with a 2023 Bieler Pere et Fils Sabine Rosé, a refreshing complement to this savory dish.

4th Course: Seared Duck Breast with Pedro Ximénez Reduction

5th Course: Mexican Chocolate Lava Cake
