We are thrilled to announce that we are in the process of upgrading our Rewards program to bring you new benefits and convenience. While we are still working out some of the details, we wanted to share a few highlights of what’s coming your way!
1. Enjoy Your Free Birthday Dinner
We know our birthday dinner tradition is one of your favorites, and we’re happy to say that it’s not going anywhere! As always, you’ll continue to receive a free birthday dinner during the month of your birthday or if you can’t make it during your birthday month; $3 off a Family Style Chicken Dinner. While the current 20% birthday discount in our retail outlets will transition out, we’re thrilled to announce a new benefit: you’ll now earn 5X points on every purchase made in our retail outlets on the same day that your free birthday dinner is redeemed. This means your loyalty will add up faster than ever, helping you enjoy more of the experiences you love at Zehnder’s.
2. Points-Based Program
In the upgraded program, you will earn points for every purchase you make, which can be redeemed for rewards. Every time you reach 2,000 points, a $10 Reward will be available on your account that can be used in either a $10, $20, $30, $40 or $50 increment; whichever is more convenient for you. This change will allow us to offer more flexible and exciting promotions in the future, helping you get even more out of every visit!
3. Keep Your Permanent Rewards Card
Don’t worry—you’ll still be able to keep your existing permanent Rewards card if you would like – though a permanent card is not necessary. We know how much you value it, and it will continue to work with the new program, just like before.
4. Manage Your Account with Ease on the New Zehnder’s Rewards App
We’re making it easier than ever to keep track of your rewards! The upgraded program will offer an app where you can easily manage your account, view your points, and stay updated on the latest promotions—all from the convenience of your smartphone or tablet. It will still be possible to log into your account on the website from any browser, anywhere.
5. Membership is Always Free
As always, being part of the Zehnder’s Rewards program is completely FREE. There’s no cost to join or participate, so you can continue to enjoy all the great benefits without any added expenses.
6. Existing Reward’s Members Accounts will Automatically Transfer
If you are already a valued Zehnder’s Rewards member, your current account information will automatically transfer to the new program and you will receive an email with simple instructions on how to download the app and reset your password. Please make sure that your email address on your current Zehnder’s Rewards account profile is accurate and valid.
