Al Zehnder Elected Vice Chair of Northwood University Board of Trustees

Northwood University’s board of trustees recently elected Dan Devos as board chair and Al Zehnder as vice chair. DeVos, who served as vice chair during the previous term, is a 1980 Northwood alumnus and national co-chair with his wife, Pamella, of Northwood’s capital campaign. Al Zehnder has served as a member of Northwood’s board of trustees since 2005.

Zehnder, CEO of Zehnder’s of Frankenmuth and chairman of its board of directors, directs all strategic planning of Zehnder’s of Frankenmuth; Zehnder’s 18-hole golf course, The Fortress; and Zehnder’s Splash Village Hotel and Waterpark. He joined the company in 1976. Finally, Patricia A. Riley was elected to the board. Riley is the founder and CEO of MDR Fitness/Clientele Beauty of Palm Gardens, Fla., and Medical Doctors Research. Her companies develop and market skin care and nutrition products to millions of people.
