It’s been part of our company for as long as I can remember. From humble beginnings within our main kitchen, the focus initially was bread and pie production for internal use only. It was moved to an expanded facility in the early 1980’s to provide retail bakery sales for our guests.
Each day our fantastic staff of over 40 produce an astounding variety of baked goods made fresh each day. Over 20 types of breads, dozens of cookies, brownies, danish and donuts. And pies. Over 16 varieties of pies. Big pies and small pies. From crusted to cream pies, fruit pies and seasonal pies. It’s almost pumpkin pie time and we have two varieties!
Need a cake? All kinds of cakes and personalized for all kinds of occasions. They are absolutely beautiful. Forgot to order one? Come on in, we usually have extras that can be personalized while you wait.
And of course, our torte case. Everything from Black Forest Tortes to Napoleons; cheesecakes, tarts, cream puffs and everything in between. Many of our tortes and cheesecakes can be purchased by the slice. My personal favorite is the Lemon Chiffon Torte. If you see it, buy it, you won’t be disappointed.
