The winter and spring months allow us to work on projects while minimizing intrusion to our guest experience. I thought I’d bring you up to date on a few.
New event Pavillion at The Fortress
A new pavilion space just off the first tee will allow for larger guest events, updated kitchen facility, a starting spot for our golfers with easier access to food and drinks. You can see a rendition of the Fortress Pavillion below.
The Mill at Zehnder Park
Finally, almost all of the major demolition has been completed. Work is going on on what will be the lobby area and outdoor patio overlooking the Cass River. Probably not opening until sometime 2025.
Zehnder’s Splash Village Hotel and Waterpark
In order to stay fresh, we are beginning a remodel initiative on our 178 guest rooms at Splash Village. The first 23 rooms will begin the transformation on April 15. The updated rooms will look similar to the aesthetics of the new Tower Suite addition as shown below.
We also completed new TV ads for all of our properties. If you haven’t seen them, you can get a feel of what our Corporate ad looks like below.

Doesn’t feel like it today, but Spring is right around the corner.
