Department: Splash Village Food & Beverage
Position: Guest Representative — Elf Hollow Café
Reports To: Elf Hollow Café Supervisor
Function: Responsible for the proper cashier transactions and seating of guests within Elf Hollow Café.
Work Performed:
• Provide quality service to guests.
• Knowledgeable about the working of “Zehnder’s Splash Village”.
• Directly participate in and oversee the “guest experience”.
• Maintain area sanitation in accordance with Michigan Department of Health.
• Ensure an accurate counting of all transactions, collections, and disbursements.
• Daily communications with F&B Department.
• Take food and non-alcoholic beverage order.
• Communicate with BOH employees on all needs for prepared foods.
• Attend departmental meetings.
• All other duties as assigned or directed.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to work in a high-volume environment.
Educational Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Possess basic math skills and the ability to handle money accurately.
Other Requirements:
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
